In cases of Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, markets are settled according to the adjusted result. 5.1 Bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by x11com are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal caps. 5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
5.3 Bonuses are offered to individual accounts only. x11com reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time where evidence of abuse, circumvention of wagering requirements, or coordinated exploitation is detected.
5.4 x11com will not honour bonus claims made after a promotion's expiry date. Expired bonus credits are removed from accounts automatically and cannot be reinstated.

8.1 All content on the x11com platform — including but not limited to the x11com logo, brand name, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of x11com or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x11com platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit: (a) copying or reproducing any x11com content; (b) creating derivative works based on x11com's intellectual property; (c) using x11com's brand, logo, or content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation.
8.3 x11com respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects users to do the same. Any third-party game content displayed on x11com is licensed from the respective game studios and remains the property of those studios.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x11com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the x11com platform, including losses arising from: (a) platform downtime or technical outages; (b) errors in odds compilation subsequently corrected; (c) interruptions to live streaming or in-play betting feeds; (d) delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers including JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
9.2 x11com's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 x11com does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. x11com will not compensate players for losses arising from access interruptions during such windows.
10.1 x11com reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) x11com is required to do so under applicable regulatory obligations; (c) suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; (d) the account holder is found to be under the age of 21; (e) KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
10.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, x11com reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all or part of the account balance, including any bonus credits and winnings derived from breaching conduct, pending investigation. Where termination is not the result of any fault by the player (e.g., regulatory restriction), any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
10.3 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting x11com support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed to the player's last used withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
